Zoetrope Developments

I’ve been working away on a new zoetrope over christmas that will look a little bit like this mock up, only made from balsa wood. It’s taking a lot longer and is more complicated than it looks (as usual), but I’ll hopefully have it done in a few days.

I also got this lovely record by music and animation duo Sculpture for christmas. Not only is it a really good album of experimental electronic type music, but it’s also a zoetrope! Buy it here, if there’s any left.
